Field Of Innocence ? 27th September , 2013 Chennai : Little young men and young ladies , going around trees attempting to make up for lost time each other : this artwork on the dividers of the Juvenile Home in Kellyââ¬â¢s, Chennai holds no similarity to the lives of the Juveniles In Conflict With Law ( JCL). A glance at the young men here, consistently wearing blue, playing carrom would paint the image of the administration attempting to give an ordinary adolescence to the adolescents.
